Custom-generated terrain

Wyldmere doesn’t run vanilla world generation. The overworld uses a custom terrain generator tuned for more dramatic, varied landscapes — bigger mountains, more striking biomes, and terrain that feels worth exploring rather than just passing through.

Getting out into it

From spawn, the fastest way to find a place to settle is:

/tpr

This randomly teleports you somewhere out in the wild, away from spawn and other established bases. Run it again if you want to reroll your landing spot.

Ore stays hidden

Wyldmere runs server-side anti-x-ray protection: ore isn’t rendered until it’s legitimately exposed by a player actually mining toward it. If you’re picturing tunneling straight to a vein you spotted through a wall — that won’t work here, and for good reason. See Fair Play for more on how Wyldmere keeps things even.
