Setting up a rent sign

Got space on your claim you’re not using? You can rent it out to other players without ever handing over ownership. Inside your own claimed region, place a sign with this exact layout:

Line 1: [rent]
Line 2: the price
Line 3: the lease duration — e.g. 7d, 1w, or 24h

That’s it — no extra command needed. The sign is live as soon as it’s placed.

How tenants rent it

Another player just right-clicks the sign. Payment is instant, and the lease starts right away for however long you set on line 3. When the lease runs out, the space becomes available to rent again.

Why bother

It’s an easy way to monetize a spare room, a market stall, or a whole extra plot inside land you’ve already paid the upkeep on — good for players who’d rather collect rent than manage tenants directly.
